We were scheduled to be out of town the week of the closing, so Bridger had everything set up ahead of time. All of the documents from our side of the transaction were prepared correctly and ready to E-sign in the days before we left town. The night before the closing, while we were out of town, some concerns came up regarding the title. He called us with the information he had, and possible solutions to the concerns. After we discussed it, he, sent us an additional document that we could E-sign and we were able to move forward with the scheduled date. I would recommend Bridger the next time you need heel to buy or sell real state.
