Bridger was awesome to have as an agent. For having such a low priced listing 45 miles from town he far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to get my place sold. He had done professional photos, drone photography, and really put time and effort into marketing! Great experience with Bridger. We had to let previous realtor go and hired Bridger as our second replacement realtor. He sat down and heard what we were looking for both selling and buying. Holy smokes, Bridger had our home sold around day three day I think. I respected Bridgers honesty and integrity. He was straight forward and had no surprises. I highly recommend Bridger in your home buying or selling needs.
We were scheduled to be out of town the week of the closing, so Bridger had everything set up ahead of time. All of the documents from our side of the transaction were prepared correctly and ready to E-sign in the days before we left town. The night before the closing, while we were out of town, some concerns came up regarding the title. He called us with the information he had, and possible solutions to the concerns. After we discussed it, he, sent us an additional document that we could E-sign and we were able to move forward with the scheduled date. I would recommend Bridger the next time you need heel to buy or sell real state.

Bridger aloud us to use other agents to show us listings when he wasn’t able too. This was a great help in finding the home we purchased. If he hadn’t we most likely would have missed out. He didn’t restrict us from looking at listings no matter who had them. Previous experience was being shown only what was listed by that agents company, and always reasons as to not look at others. Bridger was there to help us find a home. He was willing to go to bat for us when things weren’t working out with the sellers of a previous choice. There was a lot of stress involved at one point in time. He assured us if more time was going to be needed it would be fine. Things worked out and the original closing date was met!! This meant a lot of repeated work for Bridger, but he was on it allowing everything to move forward as planned.
Bridger came to us fully prepared with a market analysis and information for us to make a very informative decision. He explained everything very well, in plain English, as to what we didn’t necessarily understand completely. He worked with us and kept us COOL when we needed it. I’m sure we were a challenge! He did in three days what the previous agent couldn’t do in the eight weeks they had it listed. Our only regret is that we didn’t use him from the start. If we needed to contact him for any reason he NEVER made us feel like we were being pests. If he wasn’t going to be available for any reason he kept us informed and always let us know when he was going to be available. His communication is extremely outstanding. He did everything needed to make the closings go smoothly. We can’t say THANK YOU enough times. Bridger is GREAT!!
