Brice gave good advice on preparing my house for sale. I followed his advice, then he did a lot of pre-sale work so that when my house went on the market , it sold very quickly. He walked me through the whole process, from negotiating the sale to the closing. Once my house sold, he helped me find my new house, which I love!! He was great to work with - very professional, friendly and helpful. He is a high energy guy! I highly recommend him.
