If you tell her what size house, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc... she will look for houses that match that description instead of more expensive houses or houses you aren't interested in. She is easy to contact, is great with responding to texts and calls, schedules visits in a timely manner, and is not afraid of reaching out to other agents to get feedback. She also makes selling a house easy as well, gathering feedback from folks that view your house, agents for the visitors, and relays that information to you ASAP. Overall she is the best agent I have worked with and definitely has the experience, know how, and overall skills to help you buy/sell a house and walks you through every step of the way.
