Amazing agent who knows her stuff and gets things done

Working with Briana was a pleasure! She guided us through the whole process and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how inane they were. We were impressed with her knowledge, drive, dedication to us as clients and how she handled an especially unprofessional, rude sellers’ agent. Bri kept her cool and called this agent out for not following due diligence when we wanted to negotiate (the agent quickly demanded we just “cancel the contract” without speaking to her sellers). She knew how much we loved the house and didn’t want to lose it. And in the end, we got it — and love it! We are so grateful for her wealth of knowledge and how much she cared for us.
