This was so important to us, since we were buying from out of state. He was awesome. Went out of his way to help me.Gave me suggestions on what to do to make the housesell better. He answered all my questions even though some of them I thought were a bit ridiculous but he never said a word about it and smiled and answered my questions If I ever wanted to buy another house I would use him as my realtor.
