Talk about commitment to the work! Putting trust into someone you’ve never met to assist with most people's largest purchases/sales can be a true risk. Brian was patient, understanding, and did all his homework so we could get the best possible price in negotiations. He worked closely with several contractors to ensure the home was in a state for closing, helped with small repairs, checked on the home [I was not living in the area at the time], and was regularly communicating throughout the entirety of the process.
