I've worked with Brian for about a year before I was able to find something for my budget and liking. He was right there with me the whole process, always very responsive and readily available to show me any properties I inquired about. When he wasn't personally available, he made sure to send another colleague to assist me. The home buying process was intimidating, and Brian was always reassuring of the next steps, and kept me in the loop. I always felt like I could approach Brian with any questions or concerns. Even after closing, there was an issue with the HOA not receiving the transfer of ownership, and Brian did not hesitate to reach out on my behalf. I will definitely be using Brian Spain's service in the future, and I highly recommend him to any friends or family.
