Update for 2019 - Brian helped us sell our house and he was just as helpful as the first time around. He made sure the listing went up quickly and he had very professional videos and photos taken for the listing as well as marketing materials. We ended up getting two full price offers within the first couple days of the listing going up, so it really doesn't get better than that! Brian is definitely the best and most responsive realtor I've ever used and my husband and I are sad we're leaving the area and can't use him for anything we buy or sell in the future! Brian helped my fiance and I purchase a home this past summer. He really took the time to listen to us and get to know us so he knew exactly what kind of house we were looking for.
