Brian Sink

Brian was fantastic to work with. From the first time we met him we knew he was going to be our realtor. We relocated from California, so as you can imagine there was a lot of moving parts involved. While we were in California selling our home, Brian stayed in touch and was ready when we finally arrived in Colorado ready to find our forever home. We weren't even sure what city we wanted to live in and Brian accommodated all of our location changes until we finally settled on Colorado Springs. Brian is professional, really fun to work with and has a great sense of humor. He knows Colorado Springs very well and set us up on his website giving us the tools to search for homes on line along with him. If we found a home we wanted to see all we had to do was "like" it and he took it from there and set up an appointment for us to view the home. Even during a pandemic, Brian was always available and took every precaution to protect us, the sellers and himself. He has great connections from lenders to handymen which certainly helped make the experience much less stressful for us. We recently closed on our home and Brian still makes himself available to answer questions we may have. Although we won't be moving again anytime soon, we will definitely refer Brian to anyone looking for a great realtor in the Colorado Springs area.

Brian was fantastic right from the get-go. Before we even began the process, he invited us to grab coffee and go over all that we were looking for in a home and discuss our budget and price range. He also gave us an overview of the whole process and answered a lot of questions we had as first time home buyers. That was something that Brian proved super helpful in throughout the whole process. He has an enormous wealth of information from his many years of real estate experience and was able to answer the many questions we had. Another thing we really appreciated about working with Brian is that we felt that he really cared about our vision and desires for our home. When we would look at homes he would ask us really helpful questions to think through if it was truly the right home for us. He also was honest with us and would tell us if a home was not a quality home or was overpriced. We are absolutely thrilled with the home that he helped us find! Through the whole process of putting in an offer and moving towards closing, he was constantly explaining the process and our next steps so that nothing was missed. He was able to negotiate some price points and maintanence work for us that was super helpful as well. Overall, we are absolutely satisifed with Brian's work on our behalf and would reccommend him to anyone!

Brian Sink is one of the most thoughtful realtors I have worked with. You will never feel like he is just trying to make a commission on the sale. He takes the time to get to know you and your families wants and needs. He is an all around great guy and amanzing realtor. He was readily available any time we wanted to see a property on short notice. He is a great communicator and provides excellent comps to review. Brian really listened to what we were looking for and made sure we got our dream home. If you want to best home buying or selling experience, Brian is your guy.

We met Brian at an open house and even though we weren't exactly looking for a realtor, something just clicked. We were very concerned about wasting a realtor's time since we weren't sure we even wanted to buy in Colorado Springs. But Brian assured us that we weren't wasting his time and after months of looking we found a house, made and offer and have moved in. Brian is very easy to work with and was extremely sensitive to our wishes and desires. He is a great communicator and very willing to research any information that he didn't have on hand. We feel that we were in the hands of an honest and conscientious realtor. And a nice guy!
