Brian was the best find ever. We were relocating to the Colorado Springs area from Gilbert Arizona, had a house to sell there (in a not so great market) and a house to find in Colorado. Brian was very knowledgeable as to the various areas we may be interested in. We went out with him a few different times and Brian gave us 100% of his time and attention, even adding multiple showings to our days in order to maximize our time. When we found a house of interest, Brian would go through it for us, videoing the house to help us decide if it was a contender. In the end, we found a great house and actually ended up using an associate of Brian's to sell our house in Arizona (amazing agent as well) and a finance lender associate in Colorado that we cannot say enough about (shout out Nicholas Kibby, realtor extraordinaire and Brad Hayes with NFM Lending). Thanks to these 3 professionals, the transactions went as smooth as we could have asked. Thanks again!
