Brian is very hands on throughout the process of either buying or selling a home. This is the third house we have purchased with him as our realtor and we have sold with him as well. Brian was the best find ever. We were relocating to the Colorado Springs area from Gilbert Arizona, had a house to sell there (in a not so great market) and a house to find in Colorado. Brian was very knowledgeable as to the various areas we may be interested in. We went out with him a few different times and Brian gave us 100% of his time and attention, even adding multiple showings to our days in order to maximize our time. When we found a house of interest, Brian would go through it for us, videoing the house to help us decide if it was a contender. In the end, we found a great house and actually ended up using an associate of Brian's to sell our house in Arizona (amazing agent as well) and a finance lender associate in Colorado that we cannot say enough about (shout out Nicholas Kibby, realtor extraordinaire and Brad Hayes with NFM Lending).
