Throughout the process of buying my home, Brian would answer all my questions, and if he didn’t know the answers, he would find them promptly. There has been no question unanswered for me in the process and any request that I make he had done his best to accomplish those request as best as he possibly could. He went above and beyond for me in certain situations during the process of buying this home and I am thankful that he was my Agent even after the house had closed. I had trouble finding documents about the home warranty or the number to my mailbox and instead of ignoring me which he could’ve done because his job was over, but he didn’t he still attended to my knees and still looked into the questions that I had to make sure that they were answered. He is also very patient and will show you all the homes that you are looking for or that you want to see in a very timely manner.

Brian is very hands on throughout the process of either buying or selling a home. This is the third house we have purchased with him as our realtor and we have sold with him as well. His market knowledge, area information, school data, and professionalism are beyond any other realtor we have ever worked with.

Brian was the best find ever. We were relocating to the Colorado Springs area from Gilbert Arizona, had a house to sell there (in a not so great market) and a house to find in Colorado. Brian was very knowledgeable as to the various areas we may be interested in. We went out with him a few different times and Brian gave us 100% of his time and attention, even adding multiple showings to our days in order to maximize our time. When we found a house of interest, Brian would go through it for us, videoing the house to help us decide if it was a contender. In the end, we found a great house and actually ended up using an associate of Brian's to sell our house in Arizona (amazing agent as well) and a finance lender associate in Colorado that we cannot say enough about (shout out Nicholas Kibby, realtor extraordinaire and Brad Hayes with NFM Lending).
