My wife and I were living in a condo in South Beach and thinking of buying a house in Delray Beach. We were interested in living somewhere walking distance to lots of restaurants. One Sunday morning, I did an internet search. Shortly afterwards Pat Roseboom called me to discuss our search. Pat asked lots of very good questions and as a result of our answers, we determined that a house in Boca Raton near the Mizner Amphitheater would be a better fit for what we were looking for. Without Pat's knowledge and guidance, this is an area we wouldn't have thought about. A short while later Pat emailed us some listings. A few of the houses were perfect for us. She arranged some tours, which was difficult as it was at the beginning of the pandemic and everyone was worried about their safety. We liked several of the houses but one was clearly our favorite. Me made an offer one week after our first contact with Pat and after a few rounds of negotiation, our offer was accepted. Throughout this process all the way up to the closing, and even to this day, Pat was extremely helpful. She is one of the nicest people you could meet and she worked diligently to make sure everything was done. She is also very resourceful with lots of contacts in the area and was helpful in all sorts of ways. I would definitely recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
