My wife and I were living in a condo in South Beach and thinking of buying a house in Delray Beach. We were interested in living somewhere walking distance to lots of restaurants. Throughout this process all the way up to the closing, and even to this day, Pat was extremely helpful. She is one of the nicest people you could meet and she worked diligently to make sure everything was done. She is also very resourceful with lots of contacts in the area and was helpful in all sorts of ways. I would definitely recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
