Brian effectively managed the transaction. His expertise and knowledge helped navigate the ups and downs of this transaction and kept it on course. His professionalism, communication skills and attention to detail were invaluable. I would trust Brian with any of my future real estate needs.
On a Tuesday I called Vini and asked her for advice whether we should sell our home of 25 years since the market might turn. Vini and her partner Brian showed up the next day and by Thursday, 2 days later, the photographers and videographers came and created a beautiful story to market to potential buyers. By the following Monday, the home was on the MLS as "coming soon" and by Friday, when the home was first showed, we received an offer above asking with help from Brian and Vini working with the buyer’s agent. This team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. More importantly they were on top of the closing and settlement process. We are so happy we chose Brian and Vini to help us during an emotional time for us in selling our home that we had grown to love for over 25 years.
Brian was very flexible and helpful since we were remote. The process was very smooth and stress free. Would use again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you, Brian.
Brian was constantly in touch with me.. He made several professional suggestions and my unit sold quickly The entire process was easy
Worked with Brian and Vini under the "not so normal" market conditions that exist in Delray Beach. They turned what could have been a crazy time into a no drama, EZ process!
Brian was always available to answer questions, gave excellent advice and continued to follow through on every aspect of the sale. He made the entire process easy.
Brian and Vini were very thorough, communicative and made the buying process very smooth. I had a particular list of what I wanted in a home and they were able to find a home that matched it shortly afterwards. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.
Brian Pearl helped my husband and I sell our condo on Singer Island. The listing was done during Covid times and Brian was very helpful getting our condo advertised, viewed and sold under restrictions that were in place. He was very knowledgeable about the area and knew how to handle all the little real estate issues that came up. Brian was alway available to answer all our questions and prompt in getting answers. In addition to selling our home, he helped us find our next home in Jupiter. Highly recommend Brian for any and all your real estate dealings.
I worked with Vini and Brian to sell my townhome. They provided feedback for enhancements to help sell my unit, which turned out to be great advice. Additionally, they understood the market and area, which in turn brought qualified prospects to the unit. What a great team!
Brian knew exactly what I was looking for. His understanding of the market is unsurpassed. He found the perfect condo for me within a matter of days. Since it was my first time buying, he held my hand throughout the entire process and made it as painless as possible.
Brian made our dream come true!! After searching a very long time with other brokers, I never would have thought we'd finally be so incredibly pleased with our new place which proved to be even way beyond our wildest expectations!! Brian really listens! He knows his stuff , he knows his market and recognizes true value. He knew my husband and I each had very different priorities, which always made our search so difficult before, but Brian was able to find something that gave us both what we wanted! We finally found our perfect home that immediately felt like home upon moving in. I can't thank you enough Brian Pearl, for all your hard work, communication & honesty. You helped us find our dream place (and possibly saved our marriage too - wink wink)!! Thank you!
