We thoroughly enjoyed buying our home with Brian's help. He is very responsive, approachable, and fun to work with. To start the process, Brian provided us with a very detailed first time home buyers guide that helped us begin the normally overwhelming home buying process with much more ease. He then took us to look at a few "existing homes" before we formally decided that the new construction market was what we were more interested in. Brian was very patient as we looked at a few different neighborhoods in a few long days together. Once we found "the one", Brian helped us through the rest of the process as well, working well alongside our sales consultant through the construction period-helping us understanding the contract, sending construction progress photos, and ensuring that issues that developed were resolved as soon as possible, even for things completely out of his control.
