We were out of town buyers who came to Vegas to purchase a home in late October, 2021. After two weeks of looking, with Brian's help, we were unable to find a home that met our needs. Brian continued to send us new listings daily and communicated with us frequently via email and phone, to see if any of the homes interested us. In early November we did see a home among those that Brian sent, that looked like something we would like to learn more about. We were not able to return to Vegas to view the property so we asked Brian to do a walk through of the house and show us a video with his iPhone. During the walk through video, Brian told us it was a great property, very clean, well cared for and, he thought, better than others we had considered. We purchased the home based on his recommendation along with the video he had shared with us. We took possession of the home 4 days ago and love it. It looks better than it did in the video and pictures on line.
