Brian Margolis

Brian has a lot of experience in the North Metro/ Boulder region. He gave us a few tips in the beginning about what we could do to help our selling price - he was exactly right! He had experience with different lenders and gave us an idea of what to expect. We were already in our new home, so we were working long distance for most of the time. He or his assistant Veronica were always helpful and available. He explained things so I could understand the way things worked. In the end we had a little problem that got resolved without a delay in closing date. Considering COVID restrictions and excuses everywhere else, I was happily surprised that everything out worked fine.

Brian has tons of experience. He is a member of the community so he know the area well. We loved that he uses a professional photographer to post pics on MLS. He also recommended using a stager when we first put our home on the market. It was great to have a impartial opinion when it came to showing our home. Loved all the ideas, the house looked great.
