Brian helped us with the Estate Sale of a family home where my parents had lived for over 60 years. Since I don't live in the area there were a lot of logistical complexities which needed to be attended to in order to prepare the house for sale. Brian offered us his " Estate Package," which included carefully packing precious family momentos, resolving outstanding code violations, yard cleanup, decluttering the house, staging it for sale, donating unwanted items to a local thrift store and ultimately hauling away anything remaining to the landfill. Everything was done with great sensitivity and respect for my parents legacy. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. He also did an excellent job determining the sale price and marketing the house on the MLS and other sites. He put on a well-attended Open House, added an extra day to accommodate all perspective buyers, and brought us a "Full Price Offer". Five Star service from start to finish!
