Brian helped us with the Estate Sale of a family home where my parents had lived for over 60 years. Since I don't live in the area there were a lot of logistical complexities which needed to be attended to in order to prepare the house for sale. Brian offered us his " Estate Package," which included carefully packing precious family momentos, resolving outstanding code violations, yard cleanup, decluttering the house, staging it for sale, donating unwanted items to a local thrift store and ultimately hauling away anything remaining to the landfill. Brian is an old and treasured friend but also a consummate professional who looked after every detail, from managing the selling process, negotiating a deal that we loved and was fair for all parties, skillfully and quickly facilitating communication with the buyers, and attending to the largest and smallest details. Stupid me, I forgot to return the cable boxes. Brian not only reminded me but took them back to the vendor himself.
