Brian was always available for questions and concerns we had and went above and beyond to help make sure everything was in order and on time. He is a true professional, within a day from us ready to list he had set up pictures and it went live days later. He got us several offers at and over asking within the first 2 days, one of which we took. After accepting the offer and through the closing, Brian made sure we were always in the know with what was going on day by day and explained every scenario in great detail. He made us feel very comfortable through the whole process making it a stress free experience. When concerns or requests came in from the buyers he would let us know and fought to make sure everything was in our best interest. With such an overwhelming and complex transaction it was great to know you have someone in your corner looking out for you.
