Emma Burnett is the best ever. Her main quality is that she somehow knows what to share about a property that may not be obvious to the buyer by the non-disclosure and site inspection. She just understands the added details that any buyer should observe during a site inspection. This characteristic of Emma's is rare among agents. As a result of Emma' concern about the buyers interest in this respect, I will not seek another agent in New Castle County, Delaware. Also, told Emma of my limitations and she kept them in mind, and did not flood me with emails of other properties to consider. I am an investor and she understood that I had made a firm decision of type and location of properties that I would consider. I always appreciate when my pre-decisions on investments are seriously followed.

Being a first-time homebuyer, I did not have any knowledge or experience with real estate or purchasing a property. Agent, “Ace Realtor”, Grant Jeppe, did an A++++ job in finding me my perfect home!!! He went “Above & Beyond” in all aspects of finding & closing the deal! He contacted me daily with ALL the details involved! He even came to my old house, & disconnected the water line on my fridge! He also unscrewed the tank on my grill, as I was afraid to touch the tank, since my husband passed away over 6 years ago. Grant kept in close contact with the agent of the house I was buying; glad I had Grant. Grant, personally, came to my old house to discuss some matters in person! He even recommended the moving co.; they did a Great job as well! (Used them 20 years ago.) Ha! Ha! Grant Jeppe is a MODEL REALTOR!!!
