Emma Burnett is the best ever. Her main quality is that she somehow knows what to share about a property that may not be obvious to the buyer by the non-disclosure and site inspection. She just understands the added details that any buyer should observe during a site inspection. This characteristic of Emma's is rare among agents. As a result of Emma' concern about the buyers interest in this respect, I will not seek another agent in New Castle County, Delaware. Also, told Emma of my limitations and she kept them in mind, and did not flood me with emails of other properties to consider. I am an investor and she understood that I had made a firm decision of type and location of properties that I would consider.
