Brian Faehner

Brian is on top of everything! He knew exactly where the market is and where it was going to guide me on when to put my house on the market and to get the best for me. He was quick to contact me with new information and quick to respond to any of my questions. He guided me on how to show my house, what needed to be produced and what was unnecessary. I have worked with Realtors before but none of the others had made it such an easy and positive experience like Brian had! (the third party that launches this review has my address wrong though- Brian sold my Wadsworth Home)

Brian was very down to earth and talked me through the whole process from beginning to end and answered all my questions with ease. He was very flexible with our schedules and he went above and beyond from what I expected

Brian made the whole process of selling and finding our new home so much easier than we were anticipating. He was fun to work with. Made us laugh and made us feel like we were his only clients. He was always available at any time. He helped both of our sons find their homes. He truly works for you.
