Brian is awesome helped us look for a home we literally saw about 25 homes before finding the right one. Brian is very helpful and he also took the time to show us homes on Sunday's since those are my only days off. I can't thank Brian enough for his help in getting my house sold. I used to be a mortgage consultant and have worked with a lot of realtors- Brian is by far the best I've ever worked with. He is hard working, responsive, and most importantly he will listen to what you're trying to accomplish and actually execute on those goals. I had a unique and difficult situation where tenants were living in the property I was trying to sell and I did not want to displace them which definitely limited the buyer pool. We had a lot of ups and downs through the process with a couple of potential buyers falling out but Brian always kept his composure and had a back up plan. Ultimately her persevered and got the house sold under the conditions I asked for and within a reasonable amount of the original selling price.
