My wife and I do not live locally, so the task of finding a new luxury home presented some challenges. We met Brian Doherty at an open house he was conducting. Because that home did not meet our needs, Brian offered to help us find one that might. He had some homes in mind and we had identified a few on our own. He would quickly make the arrangements necessary for viewing the homes, and he always came prepared with relevant facts and figures about each property, so we had a sound starting position as we viewed each property. Once the property we wanted to buy had been identified, Brian served a truly invaluable role. I believe because of his legal background, he was able to offer valuable insight into how the offer should be structured to communicate to the sellers that we were serious buyers - even though our offer was significantly below the asking price. He also recommended negotiating steps which allowed us to acquire personal property in the sale. Brian remained diligent throughout the inspection process and was instrumental in ensuring that the outcome of that process produced a reasonably acceptable result. My wife and I would highly recommended Brian Doherty to anyone interested in Arizona real estate!
