He was always there for me when I needed him in person, especially to oversee final fix 'em up jobs with which I'm not familiar. Closing was a breeze and ended on a fun note. I would recommend him for a turnkey solution, if you're looking to sell a difficult piece of property. I had used 2 previous agents, neither of which were able to sell my condo.
