We were moving from California To Colorado and needed an agent to find us a new home. We contacted Brian and he found us a home within a week, negotiated a great price, terms, and expertly communicated with us every step along the way to our successful closing in Colorado. He also shared information about the area and recommended resources for services, insurance, inspections, etc. In addition, and beyond his duties, he reviewed our sale in California because we felt our agent here was not informing us properly. He pointed out and explained some very critical items in our transaction here and actually helped us negotiate some things with our buyers.
