When Brian came by to sell our house, he was very positive and knowledgeable about what to expect. I didn't t realize that my house was his first house he would be selling. Brian took a lot of time to review the contracts and explained in detail what each section meant. If he didn't have the answer he made sure he found it. And in a timely manner. Brian, gave us suggestions to improve the homes appearance, to help the house sell faster. Well, within the first 12 hours we had an offer, above asking.
