We were lucky to find Brett when we moved to Orange County from out of state. His local knowledge was key for us beginning to understand all the different cities and neighborhoods within Orange County. Also, his experience helped us quickly identify the types of homes and amenities we were interested in. He’s very responsive, and is also very friendly and great to bounce ideas off of, which I still do occasionally over a year after we moved in. The house we purchase is in Placentia, and is a perfect fit for our family, and really fit the unique things we were seeking. More than once we asked to see a house and he got us in the same day and helped us place offers and negotiate in this fast paced market. We would highly recommend working with Brett.

I found Brett through my mortgage lender and couldn't have imagined a better experience from start to finish. In particular, I found his suggestions for properties and neighborhoods to help me narrow my focus ultimately to a city I initially hadn't really considered. I found Brett to be personable and going the extra mile (helping negotiate our deal until 1am on a property with 22 offers). His experience throughout the negotiation and inspection was instrumental. He gave me a lot of confidence in my first home buying experience for someone not really knowing what to look out for. Brett is freaking awesome. I had to work with him remotely as I was relocating from Virginia. He would literally go to the home and and FaceTime me and complete the walk through. When I finally got to CA I was really impressed with his knowledge of the local area. He works hard for his customers and takes pride in what he does.
