We had a very difficult situation with a 50/50 ownership between a trust (me-in Massachusetts) and an estate in CA. Brett handled the situation with tremendous patience and perseverance. Despite all the obstacles the other party presented, Brett got the deal done at a great selling price. I would highly recommend him.
Upon meeting Brett, I quickly learned we had choose the correct realtor. Brett was relentless in getting our Moms house sold in a timely fashion, as my brother and I both live in Florida. Knowing how much the house meant to us, ( our family moved in the home in 1965) he treated it as his own, making sure a potential buyer would feel the warmth and see how much the house had to offer for a start up family since it was located next to (2) schools. He was able to bring out details of the home that we would never of thought of or just took for granted as our childhood home. He was a constant in our daily lives with updates and helpful information that we used to ready the home for sale, as hard as it is to sell your home where you grew up, Brett made it an enjoyable experience for us, the selling of a home is a process that’s full of paperwork, people, questions etc., Brett made all of this very easy for us to navigate and mostly understand. He was steadfast on having Open Houses at a time that was easy for potential buyers, no question went unanswered. In a time where the market was on a ‘teeter-totter’ he was able to get the price that we were very happy with. Although Brett sells houses for his living- it’s his attention to detail on all levels that he is able to get the house to sell itself. Honestly, without his help and professionalism, I’m really not sure we would of been able to accomplish the sell of our Moms home. Could I continue with this review ? , sure, did I leave things out? We were not expecting much action over the Christmas holidays, but Brett was phenomenal! He met and communicated with us quickly and worked terrifically with the financing folk to make everything go so smoothly. He even found us a great handyman to get our new place ready for us to move in - and did we mention that most of this happened long distance since we lived in NY and we were moving to the West Coast? We highly recommend Brett!

Working with Brett was GREAT !!! My brother and I were selling my mothers house of 56 years. Brett was very accommodating to the three of us and our schedules. He was very familiar with the area in Anaheim and had pulled a lot of good comps for the area. After meeting with him for the first time, we had a great listing price and many ideas on how to get the house ready for listing and sale. Not only meeting with us, he had several meetings and document signings with our mother at her new apartment in another city. With my brother and I working full time and out of town, Brett had a lot of good referrals, of reasonably priced contractors to get the work done. He met with contractors for bids and opened the house for the work to be performed multiple times. Brett's listing of our home, pictures and several open houses showed to be very successful with multiple offers, driving up the price. Brett helped us establish financing for our first house in CA, he made the the process super easy. We ended up in WA a few years later, and he helped us again. Very easy to work with and he knows the real estate business.
Brett is an amazing realtor. I was ready to walk away when I saw some of the places at Pheasant Creek. But he said let's just try one more place. That place had everything I wanted: the washer and dryer area, the garage, the bathtub. It is in a beautiful location, with ducks, trees and grass in Lake Forest. I plan to live there the rest of my life. Brett was very helpful in negotiating a better deal on the price for us. He helped my stepfather, who is in his 90s, getting documents signed. I just could have not found a better person, friend, to help me in that process. It was a celebration! I will always remember the joy I experienced with him at the helm and the kindness that he showed me in helping my dreams come true.
