Brett is a one stop shop, he has someone for everything whether it’s mortgage broker, inspector, pest control etc... Selling our rental, Brett was able to have multiple offers on our house the first day it went on the market. He guided us through the whole process and took care of everything so we barely had to lift a finger. It’s worth mentioning that all this was during the first 6 weeks of the Covid-19 crisis.
