Brett knew the market and was sure someone would buy it as is; it was sold in two days. He knew the price to ask and did an excellent job. He works with his wife who answered a lot of questions from me and generally held my hand through the process. I highly recommend Brett Wren and his wife Tracy.

Brett and his wife Tracy take such good care of their clients! I’m a very cautious person and like to cover all of my bases before I make a decision and they were so understanding and helpful throughout my first home buying process! I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know who’s thinking about buying or selling!

Brett helped my daughter find her first home. He is so patient and understanding and a pleasure to work with! His many years of experience and pleasant demeanor were a blessing in this process. She got a great first home and loves it. Thanks!!

Brett was PHENOMENAL to work with! As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous. However, from start to finish, Brett exceeded our expectations and made it as easy as possible. I can't say enough how well the process went, and Brett handled all of it with patience, friendliness and understanding. Use Brett for your real estate needs!

Brett Wren sold my house in one day and helped me get ready for my estate auction by introducing me to someone to handle it. He and his wife, Tracy, are very helpfull .

Brett did a fantastic job in selling my rental house. It was an older home that presented some problems, but he was great in working through the issues. He worked hard to get the job done and was extremely responsive and easy to work with. My house sold fast. Thank you brett

Excellence and professionalism describe Brett! We entrusted him with the sale of our beloved home of 23 years, and followed his advice in preparation. The process was smooth! We highly recommend Brett to anyone looking to sell or buy.

We are very happy with choosing Brett wren to sell our house. His overall expertise made the whole process very easy. Any time we had a question he was easy to contact and was always helpful. Thanks Brett.

Brett and his team are great. We had a good honest evaluation of our property, priced it to sell and it was under contract in less than a week. Communication prior to closing was very good and we were never left hanging wondering what was going to happen next or if we were missing anything. The best part is the transaction closed and the check is in the bank.

All and all we try to keep business and friendships separate. But we needed someone we could trust on this. I have for many years respected Brett. When it came down to it, we just wanted everything done right. At the end of this journey, all of our needs were met.

Sold my home and closed within a one month time frame. Brett kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a highly informed realtor.

This is the second time my wife and I have selected Brett Wren as our realtor. 14 years ago Brett found my family and I a starter home to begin our journey as home owners. Brett and his knowledgeable group made it one of the most enjoyable experiences in our lives. Recently we decided to sell this home and needed to select a realtor, because of our experience in purchasing the home, it was perfectly clear to us who we need to contact. Brett listed the property, and we settled on an offer the following day. From that point through closing, Brett and his group, once again made our experience smooth and enjoyable. A huge thank you to Brett and Heritage Remax! We will most definitely recommend your group to anyone with any reality needs.
