Brett was extremely pleasant to work with. Being first time homebuyers, my wife and I had very limited knowledge of the buying process and how to even get started. Brett made this very easy for us. He handled most of the work and would simply tell us where to be and what time to be there to keep the process moving. I am not the type of person that enjoys feeling pressured or forced into buying from "used car salesman" types and Brett was very good with that. There was not a single time where he rushed us into making a decision on what house to purchase. He gave us the features and benefits of each house location until we found the right home for us. We are now living in our home and a lot of this was thanks to Brett and his strong ability in keeping us informed and up to date with what we needed to do. I highly recommend working with Brett if you are looking for a home in the Winchester, VA/eastern panhandle of WV areas.
