He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession he is very professional in his attitude and demeanor he comes highly recommended as he has assisted other family members and buying and selling their homes he was always available to answer any questions I may have and when we had a little glitches come up he was there too
Brett and Patricia were great. Always available to answer questions or give suggestions on how to proceed. Assisted in pre-listing of the home and of course listing and scheduling showings. They understood our situation and helped to negotiate the closing time and parameters needed to facilitate our finding a place to go and the time to move. They were indispensable in pointing us to service vendors that were quick, reliable and very reasonable. They also helped to manage the HOA needs, saving us from having to deal with the needed paperwork and other items that most home sellers are not well versed in. Could we have done it without them, probably, with a lot of pain and aggravation. We are very grateful for their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. We will be using them again in the new year to find our new home. We highly recommend Brett and Patricia.
Brett made the process of searching for a home an enjoyable one. He was genuine, professional and honest. He got a sense of what I was looking for right away, never wasted our time, he was prompt, patient when I was late for a showing, and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. He was available when I needed him , supported me every step of the way. Even after the sale he continued to follow up making sure I was happy. You can’t go wrong with Brett:)

We moved from TX to WV for work and it was the most streasful thing we have ever done. Not having any friends or family in the area made it extra challenging to learn where to look.
