Brett Harrison

I was referred to Brett and contacted him telling him I was not planning to buy but wanted to get a feel for the condo market around Wilton Manors because I was thinking about buying some time in the future. In spite of there being no prospect of an immediate sale, Brett and his associate spent a great deal of time with me taking me to numerous condos for sale at and around my purchase point and in my preferred area giving me a clear idea of what sort of thing was available at what price levels. They did such a good job that I ended up finding exactly what I wanted and ended up buying. I highly recommend Brett.

All I can say is he was always one step ahead of me on every aspect of my search to the move-in. He's a great negotiator and literally helped through each stage of the search, execution of the lease, walk-thru and even checked in with me after my move-in to make sure I was happy and taken care of. He's very conscientious and pays great attention to detail. And very pleasant and fun to work with. I can't wait until I buy my next home and we get to work together on that.

Brett not only helped us rent our investment property but when the time cam he also listed it for us and sold it very quickly because of his expertise of marketing and properly pricing. He was always available when we had a question. Also, being out of state owner's we relied on him to handle alot of details that we normally would have done ourselves. He has a great network of professionals to help with cleaning up the property and repairing anything that needed it. Highly recommend Brett, wish we lived near him, would refer him over and over.
