His father managed his projects end-to-end, often working alongside his crew; Brett learned the value of hard work and attention to detail. In 1991, Brett Griggs Construction was founded and grew quickly; by the mid-‘90s, Brett and his team built subdivisions and developed neighborhoods throughout Maury and Williamson Counties.
