Brett is the best! We went under contract on the third day of our house being listed as "coming soon". He was very knowledgeable with any questions we had, no matter what hour or day it was. He is the definition of "go getter". Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

One word - AMAZING!! Brett went above and beyond in every way possible. It was by far the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had. Be sure that any expectation you have - he will exceed it on every level!! If the slightest hiccup presented itself, he was already on the phone dealing with it before I could blink. So my girlfriend and I started looking for houses back in the middle of September and Brett has been NOTHING but AMAZING during our entire journey! We went under one house and that turned out to be a real gamble but Brett did a great job giving us all the warning signs that this house is not a good one and we should walk away from the deal. That just shows he's not in it for the money he wants us to make sure we find our perfect house. The house that we eventually purchased Brett agreed this was the best house that we've seen! He negotiated a larger credit back from the sellers and was able to get all necessary work done way in advance of our DD date! Brett Carraway is the BEST realtor in NC hands down! I would recommend him to everyone and anyone that is serious about buying a house! My girlfriend, our soon to be here daughter, and myself truly appreciate Brett and EVERYTHING he's done for me and my family! You literally can't go wrong with this guy!

Brett was absoltultey amazing and so helpful. Im a first time home buyer so to say I had no idea what I was doing was an understatement. He answered every question I had in a way I could understand and was very patient.
