Emmaleigh Buck from Votroubek Realty was such an amazing help and resource during a difficult time along with being my realtor. She was quick to meet with me and to respond to all my questions, she found an Estate sale person to get rid of all the items in the house before the sale. And the best part was, she sold the house so quickly that she didn't even have to list it. She put the word out about the house and before she could finish taking pictures of the property, we accepted an offer and got it sold! Emmaleigh was a great communicator and had great advice on how to get the property ready for a sale. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her and the team. I will be using them when selling and telling others when they need to sell their house.

You should really get to know Brent. We had a specific home buying situation and Brent really went out of his way to see this through. He was available constantly throughout the process. You will find his attitude and professionalism in the top tier! Brent went out of his way to meet with us on our time schedule and needs. From our first showing to our closing Brent was on time and on point! It really felt as if Brent was in our corner each step of the way. Sometimes we asked a bit more from Brent but he never waivered. You will find his refreshing outlook and commitment to you the best qualities you could ask for.

I met Brent by chance at an open house about 6 months ago. We are both new to the Phoenix area and I mentioned to him that my family would be looking (hoping) to be able to purchase a home in the spring but not really sure if it would be the right timing.
