Let me begin by recounting the process I endured. The Buyer's were slated to close on a specific date, but they "forgot"/did not convey that they had not done the appraisal. This was scheduled for the day AFTER our scheduled close. This begin a process of revealing a level of unprofessionalism that we and Brent had to endure. The Buyers underwriter demanded new debt paydowns - again after our scheduled closing date, this resulted in banking issues stemming from end of week and lack of time. Brent was professional and diligently communicating the difficulties encountered and complete lack of timely responsiveness by the other party's gaggle of muppets. To be ABSOLUTELY clear, Brent facilitated this process by doing their jobs, checking in constantly, keeping us apprised of the situation, and in all likelihood still working with other properties. So, would I recommend Brent to another person, yes. Would I wish this experience we endured on an a good seller, no, would I wish that if you did have this experience that you had Brent to reduce your duress, yes.
