Brent is amazing! If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5, I would. I’m so lucky to have gotten connected with him through a friend of a friend. I was buying a house from afar in a town I had never been, which is pretty scary and overwhelming. Brent actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me throughout the entire process. He made me feel like I was his only client even though I know I wasn’t, and I’m sure he will have to turn some clients away when word gets out about how good he is, if it hasn’t already. He patiently answered all of my questions, including the stupid ones. He even went to the house for inspection and repairs because I couldn’t. He always had my best interests in mind and told me the truth even if it isn’t what I wanted to hear. He also was honest about a house that looked good online but did not in person when he went to walk me through. He even connected me to a mover when all of my moving plans fell apart. I really can’t say enough about Brent. If we decide to move again, I will definitely be calling Brent!

I cannot even begin to put into words how effective Jen is. She is efficient and responsive all while maintaining a true personal touch/connection. She is always available and her communication skills are excellent (and timely!). Jen initiated our house search (VA to CO) online assisting in virtual home tours and prioritizing our wants and needs so that our in-person experience was fruitful. She went to extra lengths negotiating for us amd managing affairs in our absence. Beyond all this, I left her company with good recommendations for a dentist, school system, swim team, etc.. She knows the area well and has a tireless work ethic. I'm delighted to find her still ironing things out for us well after closing. Friendly, outgoing, and very interested in finding just the right new home for us. She went through a grueling sale in a rural area (Cascade, CO) to allow us to downsize and relocate to an area more fitting for finishing out our careers and preparing for retirement.

Brent did an amazing job for us! We literally scoured the state from Fort Collins to Co Springs over a 5 month period. I told him when I "see it" you will know; after spending the day with us he quickly realized what a challenge he had! We had a strict budget and it was not easy finding all my "wants" LOL. Brent was so thoughtful and alleviated a lot of stress by the little things; like he picked me up and dropped me off from DIA for a quick house hunt day. Way above and beyond his realtor duties! He worked great with our mortgage company and learned a thing or two about reverse mtgs. He is now our permanent realtor and you will not go wrong with his expertise and knowlege of the market! She was very helpful through out the entire process. Jen constantly answered our questions when they arose. During our closing, she advised us what different terms meant. She also let us know that we may receive calls trying to get us to pay for something we have already taken care of. She has been then after closing for anything that has come us since.

Jen is the best agent we have worked with (and after 7 moves since our wedding- we know). I only had 3 days in town to find out house- but she was so efficient- we were able to cover tons of ground and do a good job. She also helped me FaceTime top contenders and really explain what was going on to my husband (who couldn't make the trip). She LOVES her job and really knows her stuff. I usually feel like a realtor's commission is too high for what they do, but in this case- our realtor was totally worth it (and even though the deal is done- she is STILL giving us great help)

She endured a lot of setbacks and issues with the sale of our rental home. Never had a potential buyer about to close get disapproved at the 11th hour. Many of the final buyers' objections were fixed by the handyman she referred a to us, and his work is good and done at reasonable rates.

We were first time home buyers, knew nothing, except what we wanted in a house. She took the reigns, learned our wants and needs, dealt with all issues and the difficult selling realtor. It all worked out perfectly and faster than anticipated.
