Friendly, outgoing, and very interested in finding just the right new home for us. She went through a grueling sale in a rural area (Cascade, CO) to allow us to downsize and relocate to an area more fitting for finishing out our careers and preparing for retirement.
Brent did an amazing job for us! We literally scoured the state from Fort Collins to Co Springs over a 5 month period. I told him when I "see it" you will know; after spending the day with us he quickly realized what a challenge he had! We had a strict budget and it was not easy finding all my "wants" LOL. Brent was so thoughtful and alleviated a lot of stress by the little things; like he picked me up and dropped me off from DIA for a quick house hunt day. Way above and beyond his realtor duties! He worked great with our mortgage company and learned a thing or two about reverse mtgs. He is now our permanent realtor and you will not go wrong with his expertise and knowlege of the market! She was very helpful through out the entire process. Jen constantly answered our questions when they arose. During our closing, she advised us what different terms meant. She also let us know that we may receive calls trying to get us to pay for something we have already taken care of. She has been then after closing for anything that has come us since.
Jen is the best agent we have worked with (and after 7 moves since our wedding- we know). I only had 3 days in town to find out house- but she was so efficient- we were able to cover tons of ground and do a good job. She also helped me FaceTime top contenders and really explain what was going on to my husband (who couldn't make the trip). She LOVES her job and really knows her stuff. I usually feel like a realtor's commission is too high for what they do, but in this case- our realtor was totally worth it (and even though the deal is done- she is STILL giving us great help)
She endured a lot of setbacks and issues with the sale of our rental home. Never had a potential buyer about to close get disapproved at the 11th hour. Many of the final buyers' objections were fixed by the handyman she referred a to us, and his work is good and done at reasonable rates.
Jen helped us to find and purchase a new home. We also started to have her list our home but ended up renting it out instead. Throughout the whole process she was a great representative and a huge help! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!
We were first time home buyers, knew nothing, except what we wanted in a house. She took the reigns, learned our wants and needs, dealt with all issues and the difficult selling realtor. It all worked out perfectly and faster than anticipated.
