Brent and Jen were amazing and did an amazing job. Their responses to our questions, which were NUMEROUS, were always answered immediately and completely. And, if it was something they didn't already know, they would go out and do the research and gather the information for us. In addition, they are incredibly knowledgeable about the area and have decades of experience. During this time they built up numerous contacts helping us with contacting businesses and contractors to help facilitate other needs we had. What would have been an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation, they helped alleviate in ways we didn't even know we were going to need. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.
Jen was amazing. She helped me sell my condo in a tough market. Once that was under contract she helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a new home and made sure any issues found during inspection were taken care of.
Brent Did a great job getting our house on the market. We moved out of state when the house went on the market. He got us under contract in eleven days at our asking price. After the buyers inspection we had issues that needed to be addressed, these issues turned into major problems. Brent went above and beyond all expectations in dealing with these issues including finding contractors and getting these majors issues cleared up in a timely fashion. I can not recommend Brent and the entire Fletcher team any higher. Prior to our move out of state Brent recommended a realtor in our new area who is an equal to Brent in service and our satisfaction. Brent was a great person to work with. He took the information we gave him, listened and identified homes that fell in our criteria, preventing time wasting while being extremely patient with us. Brent gave honest opinions and at no point did I ever feel like he was just there for the sale of any home.
