My experience has been the absolute best you can have. You not only have a real estate agent but you make a friend as well! He was very patient with us through our journey of finding the right home and listened and learned our likes/dislikes and guided us through.
Brent was very patient with my unusual requirements for a new home in NC. Unfortunately, they just could not be satisfied through no fault of Brent. He tried, traveled a lot to try to satisfy, but we just could not come up with a good match in the areas we searched. He was a pleasure to be around, easy to get along with and truly listened to my requests. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.
When my wife and I first met Brent, we immediately seemed to make a connection. Brent has a way about him that seems to make one comfortable and relatable. I think the most important thing about Brent is his ability to communicate. Of course, since we depended on him to find a house for us, we were really pleased and surprised when he found our house and helped us get through the purchase process. BTW, we did this long distance. We live in Colorado!

He would meet my parents to go check out some of the properties, sometimes on his own. He would take videos, send pictures trying to make sure we were aware of every detail.
