Brent Bartel

We worked with Brent and Monica at The Bartel Group to buy our first home during a very competitive market. They were a joy to work with throughout the entire process and by the end, I truly feel they felt a little like family. They helped us narrow down what type of home we really wanted, what our priorities were, and what were aspects of a home that we could live without. From there they provided options for us and were always available to schedule showings. When the time came to make an offer we always felt informed about what a good offer would look like and I felt that Monica really helped form the best offer we could, without ever pressuring us. While there were some heartbreaks along the way Brent and Monica were always there to keep the ball moving and when the time came to make the offer on our perfect home they provided us with all the tools necessary to win the deal. We couldn't be happier with the home we bought and we have Brent and Monica to largely thank for that.
