My husband and I wanted to downsize due to health issues. We wanted to take a look to see what was out there. Most places won’t let you view without an agent. I contacted the agency and Brendan returned my call. He understood we weren’t sure what we wanted to do and knowing this he never made us feel pressured to make a decision or complain about how many condos we looked at. Understanding how difficult it is to leave the home you built and raised your kids was reassuring. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and pointed out possible repairs. We found a condo that we are happy with. Brendan also sold my home and worked it out for both closings. In summary, I don’t feel like Brendan as my agent.
