Brendan came to the house and showed us the actual selling price of comps in the area, not Zillow's "Best case scenario" comps... but what we could ACTUALLY sell for , and then delivered a plan to do just what he said. On show day he delivered .... 40 showings in 3 days , and the winning bid on day 1 at full asking price. He was honest , realistic and most importantly delivered on what he said he could do.... and we were moving under time frame, so that was important . As an agent that is biggest thing for me , it is not the showmanship, it's not the grandiose promises that some realtors make.... but it is always the same question " what can you DELIVER?". So for me he was the right choice and I would encourage anyone to at LEASY get a second opinion from him if you are thinking about selling ... you will not be disappointed.
