After meeting with a few potential agents (all impressive), I selected Brendan Curran. He is very experienced in all aspects of residential home sales in LA and southern California. In spite of the ongoing Covid lockdown, the listing drew many offers. During the listing, and the following escrow period, Brendan was always positive and upbeat, starting with home staging support and continuing on through the selection of winning bid. His cheerful attitude was especially helpful during the sometimes tedious escrow period, where the deal is actually executed and finalized. I would certainly choose Brendan again and again to represent any home sale.
