We spent over a year working with Brenda- first looking for a preexisting home in a crazy market in which Brenda wrote countless offers for us and worked really hard each time we found the “right one”, to then building a home where Brenda helped us tirelessly with as well. Brenda was very flexible when we were looking for a townhome as out-of-state buyers. We were able to spend two days looking at homes when we were in town. She drove us around (all fully vaccinated, yet still masked, which we appreciated) the area in a timely manner, and we were able to see a lot of places in two days, finding one that fit our needs the second day. She was also quite knowledgeable about the workings of various appliances and HVAC systems, etc. She communicated promptly whether it was by email, text or phone.
