Brenda Schiemo-Smith guided us all the way with the sale of our father’s home. She displayed excellent communication skills from our very first meeting until the day we closed. She kept us informed of issues that we had to deal with along the way. She is very professional and has lots of knowledge of the real estate industry. We would highly recommend Brenda.
I am thankful I dont have to deal with selling houses very frequently but after the sale of my mothers house ,when we sell our home we will use Brenda. She has a wealth of knowledge that she shares readily. She is also friendly, professional and is a great communicator. Her tips and suggestions were spot on and made this whole process flow very smoothly. If I hear of any family or friend in the market for a realtor I will be recommending her.
Brenda is professional, personable, knowledgeable, hard working for her clients, readily available and patient answering the most inane questions. This is the 2nd house my family has sold through her and frankly, I won't use anyone else as a realtor. We trust her completely (so important to us) and value her experience and stellar abilities as an agent. The best part of this experience was her compassion and incredible communication skills. She knew how attached we were to this house and managed to motivate us to keep things moving but at the same time give us room to let go of the house go of the house emotionally. We knew what was going on at all times and she has the amazing ability of answering questions before we have a chance to even ask. There were so many moving pieces to this sale and she didn't drop the ball once. The entire staging, showing, sale and closing process went very smoothly. Brenda is the best!
Brenda was very helpful at finding properties that fit my criteria and was knowledgeable whether the listing price was reasonable. She was also helpful at pointing out things in the houses when doing walkthroughs that I would have missed otherwise and great at answering questions I would have.
Kept us well informed all the time, very hard-working agent, strongly recommend her for others wanting to buy or sell.
Brenda was truly the best agent you could have! She makes you feel like her only focus and attention is on you. She is so personable and makes the process so stress free she is a calm natured individual who has the best intentions for all her clients. I would not use anyone else, she is honest and trustworthy and she always followed up with phone calls, text, and emails. Thank you, Brenda for finding my forever home!
This was my first home purchase and Brenda was great to work with! She was very patient and never made me feel like I had to settle. She ultimately got me into the perfect home!
I have used Brenda for numerous real estate transactions. Her communication is fantastic. She was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend!
Brenda was excellent at explaining everything that needed to be done & the sale went through without any problems. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good realtor.
Brenda made our selling process easy. Outlined the selling process with great professionalism. Was always available to answer I questions. She reviewed the housing market and value expectations to help determine the value of the property. We would recommend Brenda to anyone looking to sell their home. Thanks Brenda
It was a real pleasure working with Brenda. She helped my husband and I buy our current home and she sold our home we had for 30 years. She really listened to our concerns and is quick at helping resolved any issues. She truly understands how to buy/sell a home. We liked how incredibly easy she made the process and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made as well. We would highly recommend Brenda to family and friends or to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
Brenda is a professional. She is highly knowledgeable, communicative, and timely. She was great to work with as we navigated the purchase of our new home. We full recommended her services!
