Brenda is a fantastic real estate agent that is very knowledgeable and understands your needs. Being a first time home buyer, the idea was a bit intimidating but she made it a smooth process and very easy to understand. Although we hit some bumps with the sellers (none of which was Brenda's fault), she helped assess our options and at the end we came out with exactly what we wanted.
