Brenda did a fantastic job for over a year trying to get out house sold. We needed to sell our old house after moving a couple years before. We tried renting and ended up evicting two tenants who cost us a lot since they stopped paying rent, did some damage and never payed for any of it. So we could not afford to fix up the place. We tried to get assistance from the mortgage company who did allow us to go through their short sale process. But that took so long and had so many requirements we ended up just finding the extra money to cover the loss ourselves. Through the whole process Brenda was there helping us with everything.
